The controversies and disputes are handled and resolved in accordance with the legal relations between the parties in conflict, whether it is governed by a contract or in the absence of a contract. PIAC shall ensure resolution of such disputes through arbitration.” And add “The program is a preparation for the practice exam, which will be held by the Chamber nearby and all who pass the exam will be able to obtain the title of arbitrator accredited to the Arbitration Chamber and join the General Assembly”.
Dr. Mohamed Ziara stressed on the importance of qualifying arbitrators and keeping up with the arbitration mechanisms and developing them in line with the complexities facing the conflicting parties.
Dr. Ishaq Sider expressed his happiness with this achieving and stressed the importance of the chamber and the need of Palestine for the existence of a recognized arbitration center to manage the resolution of disputes in controversial cases in all areas.
