I am a Counselor Engineer who works with corporations and organizations on designing and implementing organizational strategies on how to attract, deploy, and retain talent. I work with small and large projects basis to help them improve, enhance, and optimize their investment.   I have a wealth of knowledge and expertise that gained from experience in actually leading project management  successfully using my professional qualifications as certified counseling engineer in construction management ,certified expert engineering arbitration / Palestinian Ministry of Justice ,certified real estate appraiser /Palestinian Capital Market Authority and a registered arbitrator in the Palestinian International Arbitration Chamber (PIAC).  My professionalism in project management was translated in other related field aspects such as training and training of trainers on leadership skills management and construction management and also led to practice as a national housing expert to cooperation in creating the firs Palestinian housing policy  .
