Engineer Adel Mohammed Al Gazzaz has pioneer and deep experience of ( 37  years ) in the field of Engineering management, infrastructure consultancy, buildings, water tanks, Slip Forming System and Arbitrations.adelgazzazcard

·      Eng. Adel is the First Certified Arbitrator by Palestinian Ministry of justice in 2004.

·      Arbitrator advisor of the International Aarbitration Organization –Egypt.

·      A member of  The Arabic federation for international Aarbitrations- Egypt.

·      A member of The Arabic Authority for Engineering Arbitration – Jordan.

·      A member of  The Arab Center for Aarbitrations – Egypt

·      He is now a Vice Chairman of the Engineering Arbitration Center – Engineering Syndicate, Gaza.

·      A member of the National Committee for Certifying the Palestinian Contractors.

·      Real Estate Valuer certified by the Palestine Capital Market Authority – Palestine.

·      Eng. Adel is working as a manager and owner of the Modern Office for Design and Engineering Consultancies (MODECO) since 2001.

 

  • He resolved several engineering conflicts and disputes, and he is professional trainer in the arbitration field.
  • Solid background and vast experience in tendering procedures in multi sectors, including construction contracts of buildings, facilities, plants, etc…, as well as  engineering infrastructure contracts,
  • He get his vast experience through years of work in superstructure &infrastructure sectors he build rich and a deep Experience in Engineering management, he was the General Manager of Projects Department in the ministry of local government that implemented about 46 projects with a total amount of 30million US $ (Qatari grant for road projects for municipalities).
  • He worked for about 20 years in Saudi Arabia in Sectors of infrastructure, Sanitation and water systems.
  • He worked also for about 16 years as Gaza branch manager for the Association of Palestinian Local Authorities (APLA)
